Before i made payment, i was promised to receive the item before Christmas. On the 24th i had to call to query, i was told the fault with the delivery company. My nieces did not receive their gifts on Christmas day and Zwana gave me the run around. The delivery company confirmed they only received the item on the 23rd of December. No apologies from the boss or manager (Josh) , he is not taking my calls, i have 2 disappointed nieces, who is angry at Santa.. Your incompetency and lies spoilt a Christmas for 2 innocent kids
