Illigitimate cost additions from BidorBuy, post "all inclusive" purchase

I purchased an item on 26 Sept 2020, advertised on BidorBuy website, for R1510.80, INCLUSIVE of all shipping costs. Subsequently on 2 Oct 2020, I was required to to pay a further R143.33 shipping costs, and now AGAIN on 19 Oct 2020, a further R112.85 for customs duty. The price has hence increased by 17%, post purchasing the item INCLUSIVE OF ALL SHIPPING COSTS. Zero answer to complaints. I have yet to receive the item, after 3 weeks ... Order ***3.
