Okay now I am officially livid. I still don’t have my refund. My banking details have been requested twice and the reversal has been approved. Now I must navigate to a tab that does not exist? Why is it so difficult just to do a refund. Never in my life has there been so much ******* to do one simple thing? The seller is constantly talking nonsense and I’m pretty sure I was sold a **** item as the exact image comes from eBay. On top of that nobody is trying to help me get this sorted!

I paid R290.00; was givin a delivery time period of three weeks from 14 June 2018, then was told I have the item by ibacrafts but the page specifically says the parcel has a signature required on delivery. The it takes ten days to first request and submit my banking details? Every time I am told it will be in my account within two days and now this?

It’s now 28 August 2018?

This is by far the most appalling online service I have ever experienced and I will never ever buy here again. I’m going to put this feedback on hello peter.

The seller Ibacrafts is a sham! Never again!
