I LOST R2400 BECAUSE OF BIDORBUY

I have made a purchase of R2400 on bidorbuy, i tried contacting the seller but no response, i asked bidorbuy too transfer the funds back to my account as i cant get hold of the seller and i no longer want to continue with the purchase, because if i cant get hold of the seller now will i be able to get hold of the seller if the product is faulty? i requested a refund but they told me they cant they have to wait for the seller to cancel the payment then they can refund me they also cant get hold of the seller, meaning that i have lost R2400 on bidorbuy, am warning everyone who wants to buy on bidorbuy TO NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE THERE OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET IT
