i have been waiting two weeks for a refund from Bidorbuy

hi There, i purchased a 65 inch TV from Bidorbuy during the deal of the week on 21 of November 2018. which was a bother for me as they asked for my personal information. Once i had given it to them i had to constantly call and ask for feedback. A day later the seller sent me a invoice for R3.434 more than price that i purchased the TV for. i refused to pay the extra amount as this was not within my means. I asked for a refund on the 23 of November 2018, i have been calling constantly and sending emails and requesting to speak to the manager, i been put on voice mail many times. i still have not received my refund up to this day.

Beware when buying from BidorBuy as their customer service is really poor.
