I got conned on bidorbuy i want my refund

Purchases Order ***1. I bought from a seller 6 weeks ago and still have not received delivery . The seller had multiple reasons for why delivery was delayed and we eventually agreed on a refund. The seller then **** multiple times saying the refund will reflect in my account soon , this to date has not happened. The seller later on said the parcel was delivered to some random pep store that i am not prepared to go to for the delivery, i had opted for a door to door delivery so i dont understand the audacity to demand i go fetch it from a place i have never heard of before. Bidorbuy is fully aware of the situation but all my follow up e mails have been ignored, what happened to the buyer protection insurance?
