Horrible buying experience and still waiting for refund

on the 13 July I won a bit from JBInternational. I payed for the item on the 16th. even though, they took the money, it was said they can't process my payment. On the 23rd I payed again. Today on the 28th they said they processed the shipmen. that is 5 days after the second payment and more than 2 weeks after the first. Also the delivery is outrageously inflated, and I could get a door to door courier for 40% less as a private individual. I am still waiting for the refund of the first payment. Would never buy from JbInternational or bidorbuy again
