Have not received payout of funds after a week!

Spoke to Morne and another bid or buy consultant about payment. Morne said they would pay out but nothing. Long process of needing to track parcel of which he could see it was being tracked! The buyer has given me a positive rating and thanked me that the item has been received and working, I won't support or recommend bidorbuy to anyone as this service is pathetic.
