Thank you for the complaint.
The requirement to have valid contact details for your customers is a requirement by law.
We can not have our terms and conditions override the consumer protection act, so I do not think that this requirement is nonsensical.
What I suggest you do is to get a number that you use for your business and that you do not take calls from that number outside business hours.
It is a simple thing to do to ensure that you keep your work and home life separate.
