Greatest Deals

I am very disappointed about Greatest deals service, I logged a returns and refund as I was very disatisfied about the product. They responded requiring my banking details for a refund in which I provided and there has been no communication ever since. It's been over a week after sending two emails querying my refund and feedback with no joy at all.
