Great service from bidorbuy agent

Bidorbuy has been very helpful to this point with assisting me in getting a refund from a seller on a product I returned that was faulty. Although the seller hasn't fully resolved the issue yet (refund me, which I'm sure they will today) the agent at bidorbuy has continually updated me and followed up with the seller all through my process of initiating a return and refund.
