Goodsale ******* on BidorBuy

On 10 November 2020 I purchased a lego set value R3500 from seller GOODSALE on Bidorbuy as a Xmas present for my son. The listing promised availibilty the first week of December so when I did not hear from the seller I started communicating on 7 December. Since then all I received was promises of new delivery dates. On 21 December I accepted it will not arrive in time and contacted BidorBuy for a refund. They advised that the seller app**** to be paid and was paid IN FULL despite the fact that I have not received my product. I was told that it is now between me and the seller to resolve! What happened to the buyer protection BidorBuy boasts about?????? I cancelled the order with the seller on 21 December but since have not had any meaningful response for a refund!
