I would like to voice my compliment to Tsholofelo Mokwena of BidorBuy.<br> <br> I was helping a disabled friend of mine to get his refund from a seller who delivered an incorrect old HP battery. Tsholofelo was constantly available to make sure we receive our refund, through daunting 2 weeks of back-and-fortth emails and calls. We finally received our refund today.<br> <br> Through the whole process she was patient, friendly and a prompt responder to my emails. She even went as far as doing follow-ups.
