Gone Down Hill - Stay Clear - Terrible Products and Customer Service

I have been with bidorbuy for around 16 years and I have experienced great service but have recently noticed that their site has gone down hill. They now allow the sale of cheap **** items and the customer service is useless and biased. The products description on site is great but the products themselves are not worth your money. When you try to get a refund you will be given a quick short email in response to say that they are unable to assist you. I dealt with a Morne Van Zyl. He is the customer service lead. What a joke. He is very biased and arrogant. There is a reason there are so many negative reviews about bidorbuy and that is because they are true. People wont complain if they received a great service. Don't get me wrong there are some great seller on the site. I would do business with them in a heartbeat as I have experienced great service but these seller are the exception. This site is full of shady people. Their low prices seem like you are getting a bargain when in fact you are not. You are being ****med. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy from other sites that allow you to review the products properly. This site in no longer worth it. If this review saves at least one person from wasting their hard earned money on this site then the time I spent writing this is worth it.
