Bidorbuy staff is not helpful at all for almost a month now I have been trying to get help from them on the order ***1. I was sold **** ugly hair by one of their sellers calling themselves Ananzo group( kneits). Firstly the seller was very rude to me when I told her that the hair was not Brazilian and it is not the same hair that she advertised. Then at realizing that talking to the seller alone was not helping, then I contacted bidorbuy, I sent many emails to them but still didn't get help. I do not advise anyone to buy from bidorbuy, you risk losing your money.
