Forced to use bob eft.
Bob advocates on their site that they offer as a convenient option their bob eft payment method. You are supposedly free to choose which payment method you want to use. However the tick box next to their bob eft is greyed out hence you cannot turn it off and are forced to use this method. I find this unacceptable as you do not have a choice in the matter.
