Follow up on items bought

I purchased an item through bidorbuy but the seller never delivered nor communicated with me and I reported this with bidorbuy but nothing was done. I was asked to send the seller an email and Cc bidorbuy or buy but the email given to me does not get through to them, it keeps reporting “delivery failure”
