False Promises - Buyer Guarantee At BOB Shop Is Hidden Behind a Wall of T&C

Please note that in recent transaction, the seller de*****ed me and failed to respond. When escalated to BOB, they hid behind their fine print indicating that buyer protection is only valid within 30days of purchase.

This is shocking and typical of company not interested in building trust in their platform and transactions.

Do your business with caution and beware of their buyer guarantee, it is designed to protect them and not you as a purchaser.
