FALSE BUYER PROTECTION!!!

Pathetic customer service and false buyer protection! I purchased a large sum of items on the 16th April and they we're only delivered on the 19th April. As per bidorbuys buyer protection, the first step was to make contact with the seller so I did who promised me rectified items by the 30th May. Tried calling on the 30th/31st, no response so lodged a ticket. BOB comes back saying no buyer protection as it was more than 30 days, however delivery of the item was more than 30 days so how could I test the item before receiving it! The item is materially different which I proved and bidorbuy has contacted the seller who asked to close his account but now I'm in the loss because BOB is **********ly advertising their buyer protection! Will never use BOB again.
