false advertising claim

i bought an item advertised and they end up sending me the wrong item completely.

they then tried telling me its the same and my order clearly shows a huge difference in what i received.

after this they tell me they don't have the item they advertised. someone there obviously put the wrong item up on advert, unfortunately i am the one taking the online risk here for the wrong item.

i wont stand for it- i do not want a refund i want what was advertised at the advertised price.

a manager must call me

then they called me and said i must get a refund, its not that easy im afraid because they made me believe i was buying what they advertised.

what a waste of my time and money and its my first experience.

i dont want that **** they sent me - i want what they advertised and said i would be getting for the money i paid.
