I bought a product from a seller with more than 3000 previous transactions on their site. The seller stated that the product would be delivered within 6 weeks. I paid Via BOBpay to ensure I was protected as clearly advertised on their website. When the product did not arrived I contacted them. A Mr. Alex Cheboub informed me that they were aware of many other customers with the same problem and that they were attending to the matter. The eventually told me that I would have to take the Supplier to court and that they will not assist me or any of their other clients further.

I then decided to make a claim to them to partially refund me through their Buyer Protection that I qualified for by buying through thier BOBpay as advertised by them. Mr Cheboub then informed me that the protection is only valid for 30days.

This was never stated on their adverti*****t for Buyer Protection and I also informed him that the delivery time was also stated as 6 weeks so it was impossible to lay a claim for non delivery within 30days of buying an item.

I then repeatedly asked Mr Cheboub to refer me to his manager to clear up their stance in the matter.

This he never did.
