Excellent service!

I ordered an exercise bike from bidorbuy which arrived minus the necessary packet of nuts and bolts. Lihle responded immediately to my email, suggesting that I buy these myself rather than shipping the otherwise complete item back and waiting for a replacement, and that they would refund me. Within nine minutes of my emailing my invoice and bank details she rep**** that the payment had already been made into my account - plus three times the amount extra for the inconvenience!
