Don't sell on bid or buy

Bid or buy is in favour of the consumer which is good if you're a consumer. It is a good place to advertise unwanted goods as there could be someone who needs them. They do not protect sellers at all. Buyers come in, place orders, don't pay and you have to wait for a week for to file a "Sale not complete" which is ridiculous. Then you have to wait another week for a response from the buyer. If the buyer doesn't pay and they deny it then you don't get the SNC in your favour. The success fees that bid or buy charges will have to paid for a sale that you didn't get the money for. It is a completely inefficient system. Why can't they charge success fees after the money has been received? Why must two weeks go by before you get the costs reversed? If the buyer says that he/she doesn't want the item anymore then why isn't that enough?

You're better off using another platform. Their customer services is absolutely useless as well.
