Don't trust Bidorbuy to resolve problems

I have e-mailed community service so many times regarding a purchase from oceans2013 and although they reply they do not follow up and ignore the problem. I even copy pasted proof that the goods were not found at the post office and explained that Oceans2013 ignores my emails and yet my emails are also ignored by bidorbuy and nothing is done. Please refund my money as your seller has my goods! This is so disgusting. Read your emails and try and understand what is stated regarding Ceiling Light (Trade-Id: ***). Check how many emails have been sent in this regard! The only reason why I purchased the lights was for a friend that did not trust Bidorbuy and therefore didn't purchase from Bidorbuy due to such negative ratings on Hello Peter
