***** deal from Gamesol/Cerrone Fortune

I asked many questions from a supplier on BidorBuy before purchasing an item from him. The supplier is Gamesol/The World Online/Cerrone Fortune. All my questions where promptly answered within a few minutes before I purchased, after I made the payment I had to wait 24 hours before a single question gets answered! After 3 weeks of waiting for an item to arrive at my doorstep, Cerrone Fortune informed me that he cannot get stock of the product he advertised on BidorBuy. I asked a few more questions, and after much wait for any answers, I decided to request a refund. He promised to pay me today and yet here I sit and wait as no payment was done today! How can a supplier advertise any products on BidorBuy if they don't even have any stock to sell to clients? He claims he orders his stock from overseas, why did I wait 3 weeks for an e-mail that says he cannot supply me with my ordered item? An e-mail takes 2 seconds to send!!!! I am a man of my word and stick by my words, I have waited a whole week now for my money to be refunded, and yet there's not a single cent back in my account! I want my money back ASAP!
