Do Not Buy Anything On BidORBuy. Money Back Guarantee Doesn't Work.

My Apple MacBook Pro charger broke. So I went on BidOrBuy and found one on auction. I was careful not to look for any products that are sent via Dropshipping, because I needed the item urgently. I saw that the seller was in Cape Town, and the item was available. I proceeded with the payment. To date, I have not received the item. I have called BidOrBuy numerous times to ask for a refund (I bought it under Buyer Protection). First they told me that I would have to wait three days before they start the process. After three days, I called again, and they said they would call back. They never did. To this day, I still haven't received the item. I ended up having to purchase it on Takealot. My two cents: avoid BidOrBuy. I think they're going down.
