Dismal service for secondhand Acer Laptop! I am banished to Siberia!

I paid for a secondhand Acer laptop about 6 weeks ago. It was delivered with three serious cracks, one on the screen and the other on the hinges, not declared by the seller. I asked to be refunded. Order ***2. I lodged a complaint. Ticket no 134161. About 3 weeks ago BidorBuy (Bobshop) simply began to ignore my emails. Nothing. No acknowledgement of my emails. Simply nothing. This is dismal service! What can I do?
