Dishonest,no delivery

On the 9th of February I bought a wig order ********** 4 from Bidorbuy through seller Queen Mukheli her number ********** ,who never delivered my order as promised on any of the so called dates and days she promised. I then contaced Bidorbuy customer service ro request a refund and I spoke to x2 agents named: Khonekile Mngomezulu,and another named Peace who both promised to send me an email that would require me to confirm my banking details for the refund and transfer of my R500. Which I never received. The only thing they emailed me was an email by Khonekile Mngomezulu requesting permission from Queen Mukheli to cancel and refund with ref number IQE- ********** 9 on the 20th Feb,and that was it .

I have called their call centre 3x times and still no one seems to be honest and service orientated..and it's the 22nd of February I still have not received the so called email or my refund.

Pathetic service...False advertising
