Dishonest or poor member management?

Bidorbuy had an action, I made the minimum bet required, and I won the bet. I was told it was a legally bind transaction. After an enquiry I made before I placed my bet, and ample time for the seller to cancel the listing if he made an error, he waited till the betting closed, and then cancelled the listing. I sent a complaint to Bidorbuy, and only received an automated reply acknowledging receipt. I think Bidorbuy have a serious integrity position to explain.
