Disgusting *****ulent business - do not trust their buyers help

Disgusting Service and zero assistance from their help department. A secondhand laptop was purchased which was advertised in working condition and upon receipt it was not. The seller wanted it returned via courier and I adamantly stated that I will not accept any responsibility for damage because this was the sellers excuse not to refund. Although wrapping it securely, the seller falsely claims it was damaged in transit. Bobshop decides that it was not wrapped properly, and is on the sellers side, yet the seller sold a faulty item, and bobshop refuses to assist with the initial reason it was returned in the first place. Bobshop is disgusting and ******. They will be made famous for their platform advertising *****ulently and their buyers help means nothing.
