Disgusting Service

After experiencing a fault with an item purchased from Bid or Buy, I logged a call received a ticket number, and that was it. No call, no follow up, NOTHING. Tried to call them today, was kept on the line for five minutes with no one coming back to me, eventually hung up. Now receive a mail written in some sort of cryptic language to THEIR supplier " REGARDING ORDER******** THE IS HAVING ISSUE WITH ***** HE SAYS IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Do Bid or Buy not take ANY responsibility for what they sell// I suppose that if we live in South Africa we will have to get used to this type of disgusting "couldn't give a damn" attitude.
