Despicable attitude from BidorBuy.

I bought a TV from a company - Cash link sales via Bidorbuy, the TV was unusable as they refused to provide the correct remote control. Neither Cash Link nor Bidobuy agreed that I should be offered a refund as the product was unusable. The after sales service from both entities was appaling.
