Delay/no package received

I made a payment on the 3rd of January, after sending mails and questions I have had no response, tried calling seller no answer, I contacted bid or buy and the lady said she wil try to contact the seller, after a few minutes she told me the seller was on holiday and I wil receive my package next Wednesday, the seller did not mention he was on holiday he stated the package wil be delivered between 24 and 72 houers, I told her this was unfair and that the 2 items I bought is urgent, I then asked for my money back and she told me that this wil take 2 to 3 working days to get my money back. This is not fair and discussing service from both the seller and bid or buy.
