Default on Refund and Unwilling to honour Guarantee

<p>Bought item on BOB from Verified Seller ,seller wants to send goods only approx. 10 days after payment was received ,gave him 48h to send goods ,failed to do so. Cancelled transaction and asked for the money back ,now he doesn't "have" money to pay me back despite having received it already. Took it up with Caroline of BOB ,they refuse to refund me as per VERIFIED SELLER guarantee as he said he will repay when HE (seller) has money to repay me. So the long and short ,DON'T expect BOB to help if there is trouble even if its a supposed VERIFIED SELLER. To boot they refuse to put most of their statements in writing or give information in writing.</p>
