Company with no honour

I bought on this site just before lockdown and have not received my goods I purchased. On enquirers I have been told they cannot contact the seller therefore no goods nor refund from them. This is totally unacceptable as they have a money back guarantee but refuse to honour it I my family and friends will never buy from this concern again
