I saw watermelon slicers type advertised (watermelon slicer) from Bid or Buy . I happen to own the exact appliance as advertised and decided to purchase 10 for Christmas gifts onOrder ********** 8 . Paid 13 Nov 17. I was send a far inferior quality product (angurello type) and very different to the one on display. When enquired, I was instructed to send back the product at my own cost and forfeit the courier costs. I will send back the applience when I have the chance and are in town again.

The wrong product is still on display https://www.bidorbuy.co.za/item/ ********** 46/Watermelon_Slicer_and_Server.html despite notifying Bid or Buy about this.

This is ***** as more people will be cheated into buying the wrong product if ordering the advertised product.

I still want the watermelon slicer type appliance but the type that is on display even now.

I am frustrated as i must now do all the administration, and bid or Buy will only decide when they receive the parcel back when to do the refund. I am also not allowed to courier and not knowing how long the Post office will take and was told that Bid or buy would not reimburse the courier or postage cost. Please help me to resolve CE Schutte **********
