buyers protection not upheld

I am really disappointed not only with the seller but with bid or buy as well.<br> <br> Since date of purchase I monitored my shipping and not once has it changed as to what you see that there is just 2 messages.<br> <br> I initially bought this for my daughter for her birthday 06/07/2015 but was told its not going to make it as it takes something like 30 working days before I can query and at that time it was something like 20 days. A week after that I started complaining and I logged a complaint.<br> <br> I was contacted and told let's just wait a week and then we will arrange a refund if it's not here, well that became the story of my life.<br> <br> Even logging a complaint on bid or buy not once did anybody at any time say well it must be in a certain time frame or we can't help, no this I just find out yesterday???<br> <br> I fee its been unfair and I have been misled by both parties. When I 1st complained to bid or buy they should have said they can only intervene if its within 30 days of purchase but just like the seller I was told because the seller responded we need to wait a week.....and again wait.<br> <br> and now im told to go to small claims court??? REALLY!!!
