Buyer Protection?

I never received my goods that n bought from n trusted seller. I submitted a claim to BidorBuy and they followed up with the seller who still didnt ship my goods. <br> Its been now almost 5 months. Rather remove your buyer protection programme if you dont want to pay out what I believe was fair. I did everything from my side to resolve the issue with the seller and only afterwards submitted a claim. Remove your buyer protection programme, youre not Ebay and can never be compared to Ebay. What a dishonest company, its companies like these that make people afraid to shop online. A company that doesnt respond to complaints like bidorbuy are a shady companies!
