Buyer Beware, **** Products Sold!

<p>Good evening,</p> <p><br />I bought the following item from Xmods Sales on Bidorbuy in May 2017:</p> <p>3DS XL/LL Original Brand New Top LCD Screen Order number ********** 7.</p> <p>When I sent the item to be fitted at a cellphone repair shop, they advised me that the screen I purchased from them is ****...the flexi cable is shorter than an original Nintendo 3ds cable, despite it being stated on Xmods Sales website as " Compatible with Nintendo 3DS LL/ 3DS XL Console".</p> <p>I emailed them on the 10th June to assist me in having the item returned to them for assessment.</p> <p>My emails were however ignored.</p> <p>On the 23rd June I approached Bidorbuy for assistance, I was advised only today the 6th July 2017 that I "should of ordered “N3DS XL/LL Original Brand New Top LCD Screen “.</p> <p><br />Ridiculous - when one considers that the product is advertised on Xmods Sales OWN WEBSITE as Compatible with the Nintendo 3ds XL Console that I ordered the screen for in the first place!!</p> <p>So...in short, Xmods Sales took 13 days to respond to my numerous emails and is now refusing to refund me...and Bidorbuy is protecting this ************ Seller by only giving me the above feedback a further 13 days after I opened a ticket with them Reference #BBR- ********** 3]: Order # ********** 7 - No reply received from seller since 10th June 2017.</p> <p>This treatment from both Xmods Sales and Bidorbuy is disgusting, especially when one considers that I have been a loyal Buyer AND Seller on Bidorbuy since April 2007, more than 10 years ago, with 100% positive ratings received from both buyers of my own products and sellers during that time...makes one think, doesn't it?</p> <p>Please avoid both above-mentioned companies, you will save yourself alot of valuable time and effort, because believe me you will get nothing back from them...</p> <p>- no feedback</p> <p>- no refunds</p> <p>- no resolution to your queries</p> <p>What you will get is:</p> <p>- A **** product that you can do nothing with.</p> <p><br />Some food for thought for anyone perhaps contemplating in buying any products from either of these two companies...</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for taking the time to read through my complaints.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Regards Delia Schoonbee Waterworth.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br /> </p>
