Bully seller makes his own rules, BidorBuy look the other way

Nomsa Phidza says to me "You did not inform the seller that you still wish to pay for the item. The seller filed the SNC on the order after 7days as payment was not received and re-listed the item. The seller can re-sell that item to another buyer as payment was not made. Hoping all ls in order."

What ******* is this??? By that logic, I may as well tell someone at the bus stop that I will not be mugging them, I will not be juggling my lunch box with my handbag nor doing a handstand.

You are making up ridiculous excuses with every email that you send to me so as to not perform an actual fair investigation and actually read that the facts that I am giving are correct. Please indicate ANYWHERE in your rules and policies where I am required to inform the seller that I will be paying when I already have 7 days to pay.

The bottom line is that I had 7 days to pay wherein I DID NOT STATE that I will not be paying, yet you are letting the seller get off scott free re-advertising my watch WITHIN MY 7 DAYS PERIOD and further letting him get away unwarned with posting a rude and slanderous rating on my profile. You say that the rating was eventually removed, well the damage was done and what corrective action have you taken that the seller can go around attacking people without a warning? He's making money off your platform and at the same time using it to attack a buyer, yet you do nothing. The seller and yourselves have made the assumption on your own that I will not be paying anyway. Again, I have at no point during my 7 days said that I will not be paying.

I wish herewith to file a formal complaint and I respectfully request an official and formal investigation into the matter.
