budget buys trading is *****ed

Ive been buying some bid or buy for some time now but i must say im really disappointed now. One of their trusted clients who they allow to sell on their platform, Budget Buys Trading, is a shady company. I purchased an item from them in September. Initially the owner sent me an email saying my goods were given to a courier. He even gave me a tracking number which turned out to be ****. When oi called him he said there must be a mistake. The owner , Mr Labius Mogotsi, then does not take my calls or responds to my emails. I call him two weeks ago from a different number and he answers. He then tells me he sent my goods out to a courier and i will receive it in 3 days. That turned out to be another lie. I called him again this morning from another number and he insisted he sent it but he cant give me a tracking number. He said he will call me in an hour with a tracking number. Needless to say he did not call and does not answer my calls again. This company is shady and the owner is a ****.
