Broken goods. Bad service

I recently bought an item from bid or buy. The item was broken and I contacted bid or buy to inform them. They advised me to contact the seller (dzignergal). The seller (dzignergal) told me to send it back at my own cost and that they would reimburse me. I have done so and sent the invoice and proof of the invoice via email, to bid or buy and the supplier/seller (dzignergal). They have now come back and said that the courier cost is to high and that I should have sent it via post. This is the first and the last time I purchase an item from bid or buy or from dzignergal for that matter. To make matters worse it took them almost a month to to get back to me as a result, I am without the item that I purchased. Never again.
