Bobshop's bad seller

I never had any problem with Bobshop itself but I do have problem with one of the sellers. I bought and payed a deep fryer fro seller Slayers Fashion House ( Vutlhari Mathebula) on 3 February 2025. After a week hearing nothing from the seller, I gave him a bad review on the Bobshop. With still no response from the Bobshop or seller, I sent a message direct to the seller. His reply was he was blocked on the Bobshop so he cannot find my order and he cannot give me a refund. So no I have no deep fryer and no refund...
