Bobshop payouts to sellers

Bidorbuy now known as Bobshop is increasingly unable to pay sellers due to what they are calling a technical glitch. This technical glitch is happening more and more often and I'm wondering if bobshop is still a solvent company. I now have two payout requests not paid by bobshop
