Bobpay payout useless!

I'm new to bidorbuy's bobpay eft system and as a seller it can become a bit frustrating. My first sale using the system went smoothly in the sense that payout was processed and payment received within 3 days. However my latest payout request has stalled with bidorbuy requiring confidential documents. Nevertheless I sent it in and up to now have not heard from them. I'm still in the dark as to whether its going to get processed or not.<br> <br> The other issue I felt was the requirement of such documents. There is no guarantee that bidorbuy will protect those documents by disclosing them to outsiders. It's not like we dealing with a bank here were there are consequences if gross negligence is found on their part. I understand that by requiring these documents, they can make it a safer environment for buyers. But I don't see how sellers will benefit. If the documents get leaked through a hack for example, its not good news at all. As a part time seller, you better off dealing on GUMTREE.
