BOB - Poor Payouts

I've been using BidorBuy for many years. Recently I have been struggling to get my payments (for goods sold) within the prescribed period. Their own rules are - if you request a payout of your funds before 09h00 in the morning it will be paid the same day into your bank account. If after 09h00, expect it the following working day. Well, I requested a payout in the morning (after 09h00) on Thursday the 7th, only to get the funds into my bank account on the NEXT Tuesday (12th). When asked through their helpline I only got an apology not an explanation. This is not the first time it happenend. After all the costs paid to BoB during a sale transaction one would expect much better service.
