BOB got no brains no intellectual, no common sense, no general sense they got nothing

the Bidorbuy call centre agents does not know what is going on around them, not protecting their clients at all, from members charging too much for courier fee's in order to get back money from the paid bidorbuy sale per item fee too items simply over priced, they do not care about those facts, and from members who blatantly goes on a full detailed advert, does not use the "ask a question" option and intentionally buys the wrong item, then me the seller has to give a full refund, and lose money each and every single time this happens, that is possibly one reason why some members overcharge on courier fee's because of bidorbuy ******* no care attitude towards the loyal members, then when you give that buyer a fair negative rating for buying the wrong item on purpose, the call cente agents says its not right and goes and change the rating himself, there is too much unfair decisions and events happening here too mention just like when i had a brand new pocket knife worth R1000 on action where the buyer got it for R200 then went and gave me a negative rating stating the knife had dust on it, so for him that means the knife was not new like i had it on for, and hit me with the negative rating and bidorbuy supported him like a stone wall without him providing any proof, it all was based on lies, and bidorbuy is just pathetic there is no words to describe how they support these kind of wrong unfair behaviour, they got no brains no intellectual, no common sense, no general sense they got nothing, without them this platform would be so much more and worth being a member of
