BOB CUSTOMER SERVICE LACK OF BASIC SALES KNOWLEDGE

Does BoB Customer Service understand what buy now means. I very recently purchased via Buy now only to discover that BoB canceled the sale the following morning as the seller claimed they made an error in the listing even though there was a starting bid of R1 and also a buy now offer. It is clear that BoB customer service are clearly ******** that a buy now is an offer and my purchase is an acceptance under South African law. This basic offer and acceptance is beyond BoB Customer Services mental understanding.
