Blacklisted account due to same surname.

I recently tried to open an account with bidorbuy to expand my business only to be told that my account has been blacklisted because my father who lives in SA, I live in the UK, also has a bidorbuy account. I was then told to sell all my businesses products through his profile instead of through mine. How stupid do have to be, so you're telling me every person that shares my surname in the world cannot open an account on bidorbuy because my father has one? I truly hope you get your "communitywatch" reviewed because the logic is astoundingly stupid. Never have I experienced a moment where I had to almost beg to give a business money and then still get told no. What a **** show.
