BidorBuy's **** "Buyer Protection Programme"

The last two orders that I placed on BidorBuy were not fulfilled. These were in December and January. They pretend that they have a "Buyer Protection Programme" but that really does not count for anything. They do not follow up with the sellers or delivery company. The just copy the information from their web site regarding the delivery. I can also read that the seller and delivery company claim that the package have been delivered. But I still sit without the package.
